Organic grape seed oil cold pressed
Pure grapes from controlled organic farming are crushed into a mash and cold pressed. One litre of oil is obtained from approx. 40 kg of seeds, which corresponds to the seed content of 2 tonnes of grapes. The oil obtained has a high proportion (approx. 90%) of mono- and polyunsaturated fatty acids. The linoleic acid (omega 6 fatty acid) makes up about 75% of this. The content of saturated fatty acids is low.
